What should I expect when I schedule a consultation?

 

I will visit your location at your earliest convenience to discuss your needs and follow up with a formal bid or quote.

 

When can I get a consultation?

 

It depends on the scale of the project and how much investigation is involved. Anywhere from the next day to one week is typical. If the project involves design we will ask for a design agreement before these professional services begin. We will produce a fixed price contract for the project described. We will call you back as soon as possible!

 

Who will do the work? Will it be sub-contracted?

 

We do the work with our own employees. We use select specialty contractors to do specific parts of the project such as the electrical work. We are fortunate to have good relations with these specialists that we work with regularly. We value the trust that we have built with these companies. We do not sub-contract out the whole project as some larger companies do.

 

What are your working hours?

 

Our crew usually works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are usually able to accommodate your schedule for specific requirements.

 

How can I talk to you about the project?

 

Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to get the information you need to make decisions. Communication is important to us. Our policy is to return phone calls the same day, and e-mails and text messages as soon as possible or within 12 hours.

 

Do you stand behind your work?

 

Absolutely! After the project is completed we follow up periodically to ensure that you continue to be satisfied with our work.
